Common questions

• Restore my subscription? Settings → Upgrade → “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Export or delete my data? Settings → “Export my data” / “Delete all my data”. Deletion removes everything from our servers immediately (GDPR).
• AI affirmation didn’t generate? The feature needs an internet connection and an active Premium plan; otherwise the app falls back to the built-in library.

• Abo wiederherstellen? Einstellungen → Upgrade → „Käufe wiederherstellen“, mit derselben Apple-ID.
• Daten exportieren oder löschen? Einstellungen → „Meine Daten exportieren“ / „Alle meine Daten löschen“. Die Löschung entfernt sofort alles von unseren Servern (DSGVO).
• KI-Affirmation kommt nicht? Die Funktion braucht Internet und ein aktives Premium; sonst nutzt die App automatisch die eingebaute Bibliothek.
